I came across this group in middle school because up until early 2000, they were one just another hip hop household name, like Nas or Jay-Z, but just fell off the radar.
A friend just showed me this incredible video for Mount Kimbie’s “Before I Move Off”, created entirely from pictures taken over a 3 week trip from London to Turin to Shanghai to Bangkok to Tokyo to LA to New York. Like the song, the video makes me feel unsettled at first, but the more I watch the more alluring the sound and visuals become, until all I can think about is how much I want to be a part of their wild trip.

This is a upbeat 2010 remake of Kaskade’s oldie “It’s You, It’s Me”, one of the songs he was known for before he got popular and Good for that matter.
